Castile Annie Goat Soap

A soap made using centuries-old wisdom: Use a minute number of ingredients and let the soap age for at least six months. Once cured, what presents is a bar of soap that is obviously luxurious and as kind and gentle to your skin as possible. Being fragrance-free, it’s a soap that most people with sensitive skin can use without issues.

Our Simple Castile (like all items from our Simple line) is fragrance-free. It’s made with only 3 ingredients: olive oil pomace, our raw goat milk, and sodium hydroxide. The limited components give this soap provide a dense lather of ultra-soft, lotion-y bubbles. Olive oil alone is reputed to have tremendous benefits for the skin, and coupled with our goat milk (naturally loaded with rich butterfats and caprylic acid), it makes for an even better bar than ordinary factory made Castile. (Those are typically made with water.) Also packed with skin-pampering fats and alphahydroxy acids, vitamins A, B6/12 and E, and antioxidants/anti-inflammatory properties, your skin will enjoy a luxurious, gentle, non-drying cleanse.
