Fall finally settles in this week, and as I type this menu, the brrrr is in the air — it was 46 when I went out for farm chores this morning and the leaves are absolutely beginning to drop! (and I’m absolutely here for it.)

This week’s preorder lineup brings back a couple favorites and introduces new bakes that feel right at home with the cooler days ahead.

Pizza Dough returns as a slow‑fermented, super versatile staple. Make pizza, pockets, rolls, or whatever cozy creation you’re dreaming up. Cinnamon Apple Swirl Bread with Maple Glaze is a tender, fragrant loaf with ribbons of apple and warm spice, finished with a maple drizzle that makes it feel like fall in every slice. Hey Pumpkin Bread in its Cinderella‑pumpkin shape, chai‑spiced, honey-kissed, and pre-fermented for deep flavor and a soft crumb. And Oatmeal Cream Pies get a seasonal twist this week with maple icing inside — decadent, still generously filled, now with that extra autumn note. As always the maple you taste is ours alone, from the maples that live on our farm, and the pumpkins were grown and roasted here, too. 🍁🎃
