Farm-Grown Loofah

A natural and sustainable exfoliant, loofah is a plant product that can replace many of the scrubby items you probably use in your house already. Why scrubba-dub-dub in the shower or bath? It can remove dead skin cells and help increase circulation on the dermis, which helps with controlling inflammation and moving blood around the body.

When cleansing, your loofah can easily take the place of your plastic poofs, and in the kitchen, it can replace the spongy scrub pads that often get gunked up with use. These are gentle enough to leave no scratches, plus rinse clean. Dry between uses and use for weeks/months to come. When they are worn out, toss them in the compost heap, or use in the garden as mulch.

Use Tip: Smaller soap bits can be placed inside the loofah. Hold in place with your fingers so you don’t waste even the smallest bit of soap!
