Hop & Hen Farm to Table Autumn Dinner Party
A Six-Part Seasonal Experience in Collaboration with Chef Ernesto
An amazing evening awaits at Hop & Hen Farm as we once again welcome our dear friend and popular local chef, Ernesto Rodriquez of El Molcajete Sauces.
We’re kicking things off at 5 pm with mezcal margaritas and a generous appetizer spread, the kind of welcome that says you’re in for a lovely evening!
Once everyone arrives, we’ll wander the property for a guided farm tour while the light is golden, the air is crisp, and the goats get their kisses! Then it’s time to settle in for a family style feast featuring an incredible array of meat and vegetarian chiles rellenos, local seasonal roasted vegetables, bright seasonal salads, and a finale of Mexican chocolate and maple mini bundts with vanilla cardamom ice cream.
Prepare to enjoy bold flavors and the kind of dinner that feels like gathering around a friend’s table, only with a fantastic chef in the kitchen, towering maple trees, and a historic farm all around you. Sip, savor, explore, and enjoy a fall evening, bonfires, and ambience made for slowing down and celebrating what’s grown or created right in our community.
